Information We Collect

If you visit the Drive Fuze website but do not sign up for our portal or services, the data we store will be collected through cookies and tracking information (technical data). This includes:

Third Party Suppliers

Credit Reference Agencies

As part of the application process, we carry out a soft credit check through Experian, a trusted credit reference agency.

This check helps verify the information you’ve provided - including public records such as the Electoral Register and gives us insight into your current credit score. Please note, this is a soft check and will not leave a footprint on your credit file or affect your credit rating.

It simply allows Drive Fuze to assess your creditworthiness and affordability to make an informed decision.

Insurance Provider

Drive Fuze has arranged its motor insurance for consumers vehicles through Flock which is a trading name of Flock Limited an insurance intermediary who introduces customers to NIG policies underwritten by Flock.

Maintenance, Breakdown & Accident Cover

Maintenance, breakdown, and accident cover is included in the Subscription Fee and provided by Multifleet Vehicle Management Limited, trading as RunYourFleet. Payment Provider

All payments made by Drive Fuze customers are processed securely through a payment platform provided by Stripe. While Stripe manages the transaction, Drive Fuze only has access to limited customer data — this excludes sensitive payment details such as your full card number.

Vehicle Repossession Provider

Drive Fuze works with specialist partners, Anglia UK and MSL, to manage the repossession of vehicles when required. In such cases, we may share relevant customer information with these partners to assist with the recovery process. This may include any data we hold on the account, excluding financial details, payment information, and driving licence data.

Marketing Data Usage

Drive Fuze uses marketing data to help us better understand our customers, improve our services, and provide relevant offers, updates, and promotions. This ensures that the content you receive from us is useful, timely, and aligned with your interests.
