Information we collect
If you are to visit the Drive Fuze website but not sign up to our portal or services, the data we store will be collected through cookies and tracking information, this includes:

This information is used to analyse consumer behaviour while using our website, the purpose is to review the data gathered and allow us to make changes and improvements based on how the majority choose to use the website. The data is completely anonymised and cannot be tracked to any individual.

• Copy of letter provided during verification stage
• Details of any dialogue between yourself and Drive Fuze employees (Call recordings and correspondence tracker)

Drive Fuze have reviewed all processes to ensure all customer data that we obtain is essential for the company to operate, we use the following means to justify the legality of the data stored:

• We need to abide by our own terms and conditions
Personal data we collect
Depending on how far into the Drive Fuze application you progress, effects the type of data we process. We are required by law to have a clear basis on why and how we keep your data.
Account customers
If you chose to create an account with Drive Fuze, we will ask you to provide specific information.
The Legal justification for taking details we do at this point is to ensure we are performing within our own terms and conditions, as well as ensuring we manage your account and services appropriately.
Third party suppliers
Credit reference agencies
As part of the approval process, we conduct a soft credit check via Credit Reference Agency ‘Experian’.
Experian will use public records such as Electoral register to verify the accuracy of the information you provide, as well as providing us with your current credit score. There will be no footprint of the check on your credit history, its simply for Drive Fuze to make an informed decision regarding your creditworthiness and understand your affordability.

Insurance provider
Drive Fuze has arranged its motor insurance for consumers vehicles through Churchill Expert which is a trading name of UK Insurance Business Solutions Limited, an insurance intermediary who introduces customer to NIG policies underwritten by UK Insurance

Maintenance, breakdown, and accident cover
Maintenance, breakdown, and accident cover is included in the Subscription Fee and provided by Multifleet Vehicle Management Limited, trading as RunYourFleet. We will share any named drivers full name with RunYourFleet and nothing else. Payment provider
All payments made by Drive Fuze customers will be taken via a portal provided by a company called ‘Stripe’. Stripe will provide Drive Fuze access to all customer data, excluding payment information. Marketing provider

Vehicle repossession provider
Drive Fuze use a company called Anglia UK for any repossession of vehicles required, at the point of repossession we will provide Anglia with as much information regarding the drivers on the account as required, this could be anything we hold regarding the customer apart from financial information, Driving license details, and payment information. Website behaviour provider
We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

International data sharing
Drive Fuze operates from the UK, however some of our third-party services may process your personal data outside of the UK or EEA. When this happens, we will ensure that appropriate safeguarding of your data is in place.
Data retention
It is advised that any business who manages ongoing finances with consumers, must protect their customers from bad conduct. Part of this is to retain all personal data for 5 years past contract end for anti-fraud and anti-money laundering purposes.
Confidentiality and security
Other than reasons detailed in this policy, we will not disclose your personal information with anyone else other than the following exceptions:
