Getting your first vehicle on subscription couldn’t be simpler, there are just four steps:

Complete the online form and one of our dedicated business team will be in touch to discuss your needs.
Step 2
Based on the information you supply and your requirements we will run a company credit check and then provide a list of the available vehicles to suit your needs.

Our simple online process takes 10 minutes and can be done on a mobile device or computer.

Step 4
Once all the checks are completed and you have selected the vehicle you want, we can then deliver it to your employee’s address within seven working days.
Some things to consider
Already have your own fleet insurance?
That’s no problem at all. If you already have your own fleet insurance, then we can offer a non-insured car subscription.
We will, however, require a fully comprehensive insurance policy against all risks of loss or damage (including third party liability, fire, theft and accident). You will need to cover the full replacement value of the vehicle(s) without any excess or restrictions for the full period of the subscription contract including any subsequent renewals.
We suggest that the policy you choose covers a replacement vehicle to cover your employee in the instance of a repair too.
Can all my employees have a vehicle subscription?
If you choose to use Drive Fuze’s insured solution, then employees need to meet our eligibility criteria:
- Be between the ages of 25 and 74
- Have held a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
- Do not have driving offence codes
- No more than six points on their licence
- No more than 1 historic CCJ to the value of £500
Full terms and conditions and any restrictions will be provided at the point of application. If you choose to use your own insurance, it’s up to you who has the vehicle. We will require you to provide proof of your policy at the point of application.
